Welcome to Krunch Kookies. These Terms of Service apply when you browse this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them, because they explain how our made-to-order baking, delivery and refunds work.

2. Made to order
Every cookie is baked to order. Online orders are accepted from Saturday 00:00 to Tuesday 18:00 (South African time). We prep on Wednesday, bake on Thursday and deliver on Friday. Orders placed in a given week are delivered that Friday. Outside the ordering window, products show as unavailable.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- We may change prices or products at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you placed your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Gauteng only, on Fridays.
- The minimum order for delivery is 4 cookies (R156). There is no maximum. Delivery costs R60, or is free on orders of R400 and more, as shown at checkout.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, and that someone can receive the order on Friday. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one is available, we will contact you. Redelivery may carry an extra fee, and we cannot refund cookies that could not be delivered for these reasons.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
5. Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel your order free of charge until Tuesday 18:00 of the ordering week. Email us at krunchhospitality@gmail.com with your order number.
- After Tuesday 18:00, ingredients are bought and baking is under way, so we cannot cancel or refund an order.
- Because our cookies are perishable, made to order and intended for quick consumption, the cooling-off right that can apply to online purchases under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply to them.
6. Quality, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the affected items in the next delivery or refund them, whichever you prefer. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Allergens and storage
- Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts (including pistachio and pecan) and peanuts. Even where a flavour does not contain an allergen as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee it is free from traces.
- If you have an allergy, please check with us before ordering. You are responsible for checking that our products are suitable for you and anyone you share them with.
- Cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days. Keep them in an airtight container, out of direct sun.
8. Corporate and bulk orders
Corporate orders (minimum 40 cookies) are placed through our Corporate Orders form and are confirmed separately by email. A corporate order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and you have paid our invoice. Delivery dates, branding and any extra charges are agreed in writing for each order.
9. Promotions and Weekly Drops
Weekly Drop flavours are limited and available only for that ordering week, while they last. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
10. Your information
We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.
11. Website content
All content on this site, including our name, logo, photos and text, belongs to Krunch Kookies and may not be copied without our permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
